This Site provides information about Imagine Enterprise Ventures and the consumer brands we develop and operate. Products from our brands are sold through each brand’s own website and through online marketplaces. Purchases made on those websites or marketplaces are governed by the terms, policies, and checkout conditions posted there, not by these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view and use the Site for the purposes described in these Terms. 4. Messages, Ideas, and Submissions

When you send us a message, inquiry, or other information through the Site or by email, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We welcome appropriate business inquiries regarding products, suppliers, wholesale opportunities, and potential partnerships. However, unless we have signed a written agreement with you, any idea, suggestion, concept, or proposal you send us (a “Submission”) is not confidential, and we have no obligation to review, use, return, or compensate you for it. We regularly develop brands and products of our own, and we may already be working on, or may later develop, ideas similar to a Submission. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and IEV regarding your use of the Site.
